When the downturn hit in 2008, I decided to take a leap and move to Orange County, California to start my career in multifamily brokerage. I knew multifamily real estate was a great investment. People needed a place to live and the cost to own was out of reach for many people. The transition to a multifamily broker in a new market wasn’t easy, to say the least, and I started at the bottom learning the markets, street by street, building by building. Through my “10,000+ hours” immersing myself in the multifamily business, I developed a deep understanding of the market and saw how I could help investors achieve their investment objectives and successfully operate apartments to attain maximum profits.
